  • The customer logins to the www.skybags-bpwr-offer.rewardzpromo.com / QR CODE on the voucher to register the coupon.
  • Customer submits the below data
    • Name
    • Basic details
    • Basic address details
    • Contact Number
    • Email ID
    • Enter Unique Coupon code
    • Upload – Invoice
  • After this the registration process get completed the customer will receive a SMS which acknowledges the completion of registration.
  • RewardPort Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. (“RewardPort”) shall verify the invoice & send a confirmation of participation once approved.
  • The responsibility of RewardPort is limited to just collection of data, verifying of the documents submitted and selecting the lucky winner after the offer date is over and coordinating the booking for travel, stay and tickets to the Amusement Park as finalised by VIPIL
  • VIP Industries Limited (VIPL or Company)/ Rewardport will announce the winner & communicate the same to the winner vis SMS/ Email/ Phone.
  • The winner must submit the names not more than three people consisting of two adults and one child who should be below 15 years of age along with the KYC documents.
  • The winner shall submit the copy of valid visa to the Rewardport along with any other document if required, and intimate the dates on which he/she intends to travel. There shall be gap of minimum 21 working days between the date on which copy of visa is submitted and date on which travel is to be undertaken.
  • Once all the documents are received by Rewardport, the flight tickets / Hotel confirmation/ Entry passes to Amusement Park will be issued in 7 working days to the winner (“Bookings”). All cost other than Bookings has to be borne by the Winner

*OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This offer is valid only on Skybags Backpacks on minimum purchase of Rs.1000/- or above.
  • Only one lucky Family’ consisting of two adults (including the winner) and one child whose age should be less than 15 (Fifteen) years stands a chance to win this offer.
  • The trip includes: Flight tickets + 2N Hotel stay + Entry Tickets to one of the best amusement park in Abu Dhabi(“Bookings). Any cost other than the Bookings including Visa Charges, Food & Beverages and transport other than flights, applicable taxes etc should be borne entirely by the winner. The voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this offer, and all reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or scheme.
  • Two or more bills cannot be combined or clubbed to avail the offer.
  • The Visa will have to be arranged by the winner in the names of family members whose name were provided to the VIPL. The cost of Visa shall be entirely borne by the Winner. Neither VIPL nor Rewardport shall be responsible if the Visa is rejected. In the event the Visa is rejected, the same cannot be applied again and the award shall be recalled.
  • The bookings will be made in only in the name of three family members whose name has been submitted by the winner. The names once submitted cannot be changed subsequently.
  • The winner shall have no choice with respect to flight bookings, hotels types etc.
  • Reward Port/ VIPL(does not guarantee that it will be able to provide Bookings for travel dates given by the Winner as Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels. If it is not possible to provide Bookings on the date intimated by the winner then Reward Port will propose alternate dates and the winner will have to choose the date from the alternate dates provided.
  • All reservations are subject to promotional availability. The winner and the family members accompanying him/her shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the Hotel/Entertainment Park/Airline (as applicable). Standard hotel rules shall apply, and identification may be required. The Hotel Staff / Manager’s decision is final. The Winner is not entitled to any preferential rights over any other hotel patrons.
  • The winner need to undertake travel from India on or before 30th September, 2024. No Bookings will be made if the travel date is after 30th September,, 2024 and the voucher shall lapse.
  • Winner agrees and undertakes not to hold the VIPL or Rewardport and its directors, officers, employees etc. responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses that the customer may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
  • Rewardport/VIPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury physical or mental that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a purchaser and/or a co-passenger, directly or indirectly by user or nonuser of the voucher and/or any of the products/services offered.
  • Rewardport/VIPL does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quantity, merchantability or suitability of the Hotel and/or the services being offered by the relevant hotel/Entertainment Park/Airline. is also not liable for any defect or deficiency in services so offered by any of the hotels.
  • VIPL further reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes, pandemic lockdown by government whether in India or abroad or any event beyond the reasonable control.
  • Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is free to invalidate any voucher being misused and demand compensation from the Eligible Subscriber or voucher holder under such circumstances.
  • VIPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw this offer altogether.
  • In case of any dispute or differences arising between the guest(s) / customer(s) or any other parties in connection with this offer or its terms and conditions, the decision of the management of V.I.P. Industries Limited will be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
  • All disputes arising out of this offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai.
